Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Request:
After submitting your return request, we will contact you by email with the return address and further instructions.

Return Method:
Returns must be sent by mail. Please securely package your items and ship them to the provided return address.

Return Label Responsibility:
The cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as 3D Crystal, Custom Hats, Custom Necklaces, Custom Key Chains cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
