This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website https://artforgrace.com.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom or personalized items (such as engraved crystals or embroidered hats) may require 3–5 business days for design and production before shipping.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to material availability, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and selected carrier.

You will see the exact shipping price before completing your order.

We currently ship within the United States (international shipping may be added later).
Estimated delivery time after shipment:

⚠️ Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping.
4. Custom Orders & Delivery
Personalized items (such as crystals, hats, or photo gifts) require additional production time.
Delivery estimates are based on production completion plus carrier transit time.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
5. Shipping Address & Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address information, or

Carrier delivery issues after successful delivery confirmation.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will help file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. International Shipping (optional — include only if you plan to expand)
We currently ship within the United States only. For future international orders, duties and import taxes (if applicable) would be the responsibility of the customer.
