Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom items like 3D crystals and embroidered hats may need extra time for design and preview approval, but we always try to complete them as quickly as possible.
3. How long does shipping take, and where do you ship from?
We ship from the California. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location, but most US orders arrive in about 3–7 business days after they are shipped.
4. Can I customize my order?
Yes! Many of our products are fully customizable.
- For hats, you can add your own text and choose the layout.
- For 3D crystals and photo gifts, you can upload your picture and, in some cases, add a short message or date.

5. What kind of photo works best for 3D crystal and photo gifts?
For the best result, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting and the faces fully visible. Photos that are not blurry, too dark, or heavily cropped will engrave much more clearly on the crystal or other photo products.
